Rinse protection for boilers with an outlet pipe over 60mm in diameter
During backwashing, it can happen that PureFlow filter elements float and are occasionally flushed out by the flow. For this reason, we recommend permanently attaching our PureFlow backwash grille to the outlet pipe for filter vessels with a backwash opening over 60mm in diameter (standard = max. 50mm). This will help you avoid unwanted rinsing out of PureFlow pool filter material during the backwashing process.
Our backwash grilles are flexible and suitable for all pipe diameters. Either insert the backwash grille into the pipe or slide it over the pipe and secure it with a cable tie, for example. Nothing else to do.
