A pool needs regular maintenance and even if you use a lot less chemicals and less cleaning effort with PureFlow filter material, you still can't do without it. We offer you this product from Cristal to correctly adjust the pH value.

The correct pH value is the prerequisite for the effectiveness of all further care measures, such as water disinfection with chlorine or oxygen. The easily soluble powder is easy to handle.

Application
To maintain the optimal pH value of 7.0 - 7.4 , the values ​​should be measured 1-2 times a week with the PoolTest or water testing device and corrected if necessary. A pH value below 7.0 should be reduced by adding pH increaser (pH-Plus granules).

The pH increaser is added over the entire water surface. The addition should be made in portions, and the pH value should be checked after the granules have completely dissolved and mixed.

dosage
To raise the pH value by 0.1, 100 g of pH increaser per 10 m³ of pool water is required.

Example calculation of the dosage amount
With a measured pH value of 6.8 and a desired pH value of 7.2 , 0.4 kg of pH increaser is required for 10,000 l of water volume.

These figures are guidelines and may vary for very hard (= calcareous water) or very soft water. Please ask your local waterworks about the degree of German hardness (°dH) in your region.

Hardness range "soft" = up to 8.4 °dH, hardness range "medium" = 8.4 to 14 °dH, hardness range "hard" = more than 14 °dH

Tip
To prevent limescale precipitation and deposits, the addition of hardness stabilizer is recommended for hard water of 10° dH or more.
